  • Step 1: Plan and Design

    Our seasoned team of planners and DJs will meet with you to learn about your event space, guests, schedule, and must haves.

    We know the questions you might not even think to ask! We will make sure you have the perfect sound set up, DJ that matches your style, and MCs throughout your event so you can be in the moment, every moment. We’ll understand your theme and discuss customized extras, like lighting and a photo booth. We’ve collaborated with some of the DMVs best known planners and venues and look forward to working with you.

  • Step 2: Bristol Sounds Planner Prep

    Your Bristol Sounds Planner will meet with you (zoom, phone, or email - we can do whatever is easiest or all three!) to develop:

    • MC timeline of events

    • Playlist and/or music direction, including any custom mixing

    • Sound and set up design documents

    Our wedding prep framework has been tried and tested across thousands of weddings.

  • Step 3: Dance Time!

    We’re honored to entertain you and your wedding guests. Think of your DJ/MC as the guide for your guests - they will ensure a smooth run of ceremony and reception and allow you to enjoy each moment!

    From micro ceremonies with small dinner parties to outdoor ceremonies with large indoor receptions, we’ve done it all and will take all of your specific details into account to ensure perfect sound and dance floor energy from start to finish.
